Forwarding & Liabilities
How do we handle the heavy lifting? When you trust AGRICULTURE DEPOT LLC with your transit needs, we act as your dedicated logistics partner. We manage the forwarding process with 100% transparency, but it's vital to understand the boundaries of liability.
While we take every precaution, all shipments are subject to the Standard Trading Conditions. Did you know that most transit insurance depends on accurate declaration of value? We aren't just moving boxes; we're moving your business's future.
Forwarding liability is limited to standard international conventions unless additional coverage is arranged in writing via our Goshen office.
Cargo Dimensions & Depot Terms
Ever wondered if your freight is too big for the standard route? Probably not, but we have to! Our cargo dimension rules ensure that every truck and warehouse space in our network is used safely and efficiently.
- Maximum height for standard warehousing is 2.4 meters unless specialized racking is booked.
- Weight limits apply per axle for all transport forwarding maneuvers.
- Depot storage is billed in 24-hour increments starting from time of arrival.
Consistency is key. If your cargo exceeds standard specs, don't worry—we've got heavy-lift specialists ready, but we'll need a heads-up at least 48 hours in advance.
The Legal Nitty-Gritty
All contracts at AGRICULTURE DEPOT LLC are governed by the laws of New York State. By engaging our services at 7 McNamara Lane or through our digital portals, you're agreeing to our full schedule of fees and transit times. We don't believe in hidden costs—life's too short for that.
